Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To start a return, contact us at whai.loja@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We apologize for any issues with your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it at whai.loja@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
